ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Attorney General of Arkansas Tim Griffin is seeking to hire an administrative assistant to serve in the Consumer Protection Division. This position requires excellent data entry, time management, and organizational skills. The candidate should be detailed oriented and able to adapt and manage a fast-paced environment. The primary duty of the administrative assistant is to provide administrative support to other legal professionals within the Consumer Protection Division, including making travel arrangements, drafting and sending emails and letters, calendaring, and assisting in preparation of reports or case materials. Other duties may be assigned.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. The ideal candidate possesses excellent clerical skills including typing, data entry, and organizational skills. A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is required. The candidate should be willing to take initiative and have an ability to learn and use new databases and case management systems.
