Rutledge Announces Arrest of Garland County Man for Crimes Involving Children

LITTLE ROCK – Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge today announced the arrest of Mark White of Hot Springs Village on 30 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, a Class C felony.
White, 32, was arrested by the Attorney General’s office Cyber Crimes Unit. He is being held in the Garland County Detention Center on $105,000 bond.
Special agents in the Attorney General’s office seized two laptops, two phones and numerous external hard drives and flash drives from the residence. The case file will be turned over to Garland County Prosecutor Michelle Lawrence when completed.
