Report Price Gouging

  • Arkansas’s price gouging law goes into effect upon the Governor declaring a state of emergency.
  • Generally, business and/or individuals are not permitted to charge more than 10% more for an item than it cost prior to the emergency.
  • Violators can be charged criminally and fined up to $10,000 per incident.
